Does this sound like mild mastitis?

I've never had mastitis before - feel lucky about that having breastfed three children! But I'm wondering if I've got a mild case of it now - one of my breasts is very tender and sore to the touch, though not at all red, or any other symptoms. I can feed DD from it OK - it feels a bit sore, but nothing unbearable. Wondering what I ought to do about it if anything? Some sort of massage ...? I don't have any other fluey symptoms or anything like that either. Feel totally shattered from lack of sleep (DD 10 months but still not sleeping) so wondering if exhaustion is really kicking in now with boobs going on strike ....

Could be the beginning of it, maybe a blocked duct? Have you got a milk blister that's blocking it anywhere visible?

I can't see anything like that, no! It just feels very tender on one side

Hmm. I guess just keep an eye on it, keep feeding from it and see if it gets better or worse.

Do go to the GP though if you have any hint of the flu-ey symptoms.

I had this last week (BF DD 7mo, prev BF DS until 14 mo, no mastitis or similar before). My left breast felt hot and heavy, but there was no redness and I felt OK in myself. I just kept feeding, always starting on that side, and after a few days it passed. Hope you manage to clear it successfully!
