Posseting or throwing up?

Hello.

I am still quite new to all this bf, our son is five weeks old tomorrow and the feeding goes well.
What worries me is the fact that J will feed happily, burp happily and then half an hour later, sometimes more he opens his mouth and milk comes out, sometimes with with bits in (like cottage chesse, sorry).
He does not struggle to bring it up, only afterwards he seems a bit upset but not all the time.
Sometimes I can hear air going in his belly first before it happens, but not all the time.
He is on Infacol as he suffered with wind and belly ache.
Is this anything I have to worry about or is it just normal?

this just sounds exactly like a little wind and posseting. I know how you feel,it took me a while to work out what was normal windy things, he sounds fine
