defrosted milk question

If defrosted in a cold fridge, how long can I keep it for? It's been in a sealed bag since it came out tge booby!
Defrosted 3 oz overnight but can't face the sales today so thinking tomorrow!

I think it's supposed to be used within 24 hours once defrosted

Ah if it was defrosted overnight i'l get dh to use it for a night or 1st morning feed then. Thanks.
