How do I reduce night time feeds? Ebf DD 8mnths old

Just that really. Going to bed is relatively stress free, but she wakes every 2 hours and I feed back to sleep most times. If I settle her without a feed, which occasionally can be done she'll be awake in an hour and I'm too tired to keep re-settling all night. however would like to try and phase out perhaps one feed at a time but not sure how to without using a bottle. Solid intake is low with slow progress so I cant alter that and I don't know if sleep training is appropriate as she can go to sleep from drowsy ish and resettle at times by herself. Or is cold Turkey the only way? I'm also conscious of risking reduced milk intake and she's only 5th centile so I don't want to slow weight gain. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

Watching with interest as I have no solutions, but the same problem. Except might happily self settles at the start of the evening and eats like a horse.
