Breast feeding and Caffiene... Your experiences?

I've continued to strictly avoid caffiene while breast feeding but now I'm wondering if I really need to. We're getting a coffee machine for Christmas and I'd rather like to indulge!!

I drink plenty of tea and diet coke and breastfed DS2 has been completely unaffected by the caffeine as far as I can tell.
