Dd is 1 on Monday and I've just swapped her to cows milk this week as we were coming to the end of a tub of formula. I phased it in gradually and now she's on cows milk and no formula at all.
The only problem is it now seems to have caused her poo to go really hard and she's struggling and crying when she needs to go 
She's been drinking plenty of water and has lots of fruit and veg.
Is there anything I can do? I've read this is quite a common problem but I don't know what to do to make it better
