Lemsip whilst breast feeding??

Is it OK to take Lemsip (containing paracetamol and decongestant) whilst breast feeding? Doesn't say anything on the packet. Sorry if this is a stupid question...

Unfortunately not. It's the decongestant part that's not recommended.

Surprised it doesn't have the catch all warning on the packet though...
