Baby and mum down with flu. Constant feeding

Both baby and I have the flu. Am feeling really awful and so is she. She is 10 months and has gone off food completely and is furiously suckling am tired and exhausted and can't get a break.
How do I get thru this?

Formula?

Both of you go to bed with big bottle of water. Put Netflix on. Move as little as possible. Forget about any housework.

I have resorted to hiding in bed with cotton wool and olbas oil up my nose, sitting baby on a baby olbas oil dripped feeding cushion and hitting the internet. Drinking water and ginger beer as she sucks it directly out of my boobs. It must look revolting.

Oh and I'm in a onesie.

Off to Google baby olbas. I have been in bed all day with her. Seems to be finally turning a corner.

It's children's olbas oil sorry! Got name wrong. There's a teddy on the pack.
