My daughter is 10 weeks & on colic & constipation milk ... Can I boil water & let it cool & store a couple of bottles in the fridge .... Reheat the water in the microwave & add the formula & give it to her x

It's not the water that needs to be sterilised it's the milk powder. It needs to be made with freshly boiled water that is no cooler than 70 degrees.

you're not supposed to make feeds on advance because bugs can breed in the milk but I do make mine up with hot water (as per instructions) then cool them quickly and store in the fridge and warm up as needed.

Do not reheat in the microwave. You have no way of regulating the temperature.
Rather boil a kettle, place bottle in a bowl and add boiled water to warm the bottle.

I make up several bottles at a time using boiled water. Leaving the bottles to cool on the kitchen counter.

Make the bottles properly as Wagga says and put them in the fridge to cool immediately. At the back is best as its coldest.

I make up the formula in advance with half the amount of boiled water (left to cool for 20 minutes), cool quickly in a sink of cold water, then store in the back of the fridge. When they are needed it only takes a minute to boil the remaining amount of water required to top up the bottle, and it's at perfect drinking temperature.

This always gets confusing as people all seem to do different things but the important part is the powder goes in to hot water to sterilise the powder. If you then flash cool the bottles and store at the back of the fridge you can them warm them up when needed. But don't use them after 24hrs.
If you use microwave it can cause hot spots so you will have to shake thoroughly which probably won't do you any favours for colic as there will bubbles in it then.
Either get a bottle warmer which is think is a waste of money or get a plastic jug, take the cold bottle out of the fridge, boil the kettle, put bottle in jug, pour boiling water in the jug.Then heat to temp you want, it only take a few minutes at most.
