Breastfeeding a vomiting toddler

I should know this...... DC3, definitely been here before but sleep deprivation is making me doubt myself.

Dc3 17months still breastfed twice a day.
She's been vomiting for 24 hours. Haven't given her food but she takes water.
Should I still be feeding her (I am!) or should I stick to clear fluids.

Kellymom says to continue to feed babies, but not clear on toddlers. Worried I'm prolonging things by not sticking to clear fluids

Keep feeding with BM!
There is currently no evidence that with holding food/ cutting dairy speeds up recovery from D&V

Hope she's better soon

Yep bf as normal. addicted is right; witholding and restricting food makes no difference to the length or severity of an illness and breastmilk has a high fluid content and lots of vitamins and nutrients, is easily digested and it's very comforting/familiar.

Absolutely carry on and I hope she's better soon.

Thanks both, no further vomiting since yesterday, still not eating but on the whole much better
