Could it be mastitis?

My DD3 is 2 weeks old tomorrow. She is breastfed and have had no problems up to now. Today I've felt achy and tired and checked my temp a few hrs ago and it was 38.2, it's risen to 38.8 now. One breast is very slightly tender, no redness, no pain feeding. I have no other symptoms of illness except for what I assume is fever related (achyness). I've never had mastitis before and breast fed other 2 DDs for a long time! My other thought is it could be from the c-section, but no tenderness, swelling or anything there either. Or could just be a random bug!

I do in as much as I feel achy and shivery but think that's down to the temp. It's 39 now so have taken paracetamol. It's mysterious!
