Please help- clear swollen bump

I started having a little white bump on my nipple during pregnancy. Same size as all the pink/ raspberry coloured bits but white and a bit numb. I just had my dd and feeding her. It has got bigger (ballooned worried it will pop) and clear. What is it? What can I do. Really want feeding to work please help

It sounds like a milk blister. One of the ducts where your milk come out has healed over/ blocked. Have a look on the Kellymom website - there is a picture there and advice on how to sort it.

Thanks midwife came today and got baby latched better so it didn't balloon. So want this to work.
