Had this problem in the very early days, like, first week of feeding ds. But that was in the middle of the nipple, this time there's a split around where the nipple joins the areola (sp?)
Just wondered if it was bc Im feeding less, recently night weaned him after almost 2 yrs of feeding him up to 5 times through the night. It's nowhere near as painful as when I started bf'ing but I thought I was past all of this. Hmpf
