I've really had enough

I'm so fucking fed up of breastfeeding. Its 5am, Dd2 has been awake since 4.15 feeding again for the 5th time tonight. She's constantly in bed with me because she wants to feed all bloody night. She's 8 months, she eats bloody loads in the day but still wants to feed constantly throughout the night. I'm so bloody tired, this is happening every night, i'm totally touched out, she's biting throygh feeds as her teeth come through, she pinches, scratches at my chest and it is driving me fucking crazy. She will take formula but then immediately wants feeding from me straight after. I'm knackered and fed up and i fucking want my body back.

My DS was exactly the same and I let it go on until 11 months. I was beyond exhausted. Sometimes we had up to ten wakings a night. We co slept of course. Had no choice.

How I managed to stop was have a consultation with a sleep expert - we saw Andrea Grace and followed her programme. It cost £250 and a few tears (never leaving him to CIO but sitting by his, previously unused cot in his previously unused room) and within 3/4 nights we had stopped. This helped lessen the daytime Breastfeeding considerably and within two months we had stopped completely. I'm not saying this is die everyone but I needed expert help! I tried everything myself and just couldn't do it.

Ohhh how I would love to tell you that was it and he's slept through ever since but holidays, illness and a whole load of other things mean that now at 2.4 he still needs me to resettle him in the night, albeit in his own bed in his own room and now with cuddling rather than feeding. I'm tempted to get a trainer in again because we have number two on the way! But it was great for stopping that multiple feeding over night black hole we were in.
