medela mini electric breast pump

Does anyone else have one? My midwife recommended but I can't seem to get anything out when I pump?!

I couldn't get anything the majority of the time either, I managed 3 ounces once in the space of 45 minutes but I regularly got 4 ounces in 5-10 minutes from my Avent manual pump.

I can't get anything out at all :(
I wasn't going to get this pump but at the recommendation of my midwife I went with this instead.

Can't work out what I'm doing wrong?
Or is it the pump that's not right for me?

Looked on you tube hoping for some help but can't find anything :(

Desperate to pump and don't know what else to do

Haven't had any problems with mine, is it all screwed together properly? I've heard of a few with faulty motors too. Or maybe it just doesn't suit you... unhelpful emoticon

I tried 3 electric pumps including the hospital grade Spectra 3 and none of them suited me.

Could you borrow one from a friend maybe?
