Which feed do I drop next?

Hi,

I'm moving from bf to ff - my son is 9 months old. We've swapped his 11am feed from me to a cup. He's done this for 4 days and I need to drop another. But when? His other bf times are (approx)7am, 1.30pm, 4.30pm and 7pm (plus three a night).

im really not sure whether it should be the 1.30pm or 4.30pm..... Ideas?

I'd swap the 4.30 one

If you give one of the Bfing helplines you can talk to a BFC and come up with a plan to phase out bfing

Drop which ever one will be more convenient as a bottle feed. I don't think it makes much difference really.

Posted before finished - yes I'll call today. I like to have a plan. The more dastardly the better!
