my head is splitting in half

I've got another two day migraine, second in two weeks, but paracetamol isn't touching the sides.

What else can I take? My nearly six month old feeds every three hours ish and is starting solids. So much pain :(

You poor thing. The BFN have a drugs helpline. Might be worth giving them a call

Thanks. The nurse practitioner I saw advised me to take ibuprofen and one cocodamol. She said worse case the baby would be a bit dopey

Thankfully, it has dissipated now.
