Dropping bedtime feed

My DD is 11 months and breastfed 3-4 times a day and eats 3 meals and a couple of snacks. Recently I did a day back at work and she had 2 feeds (first things and after morning nap then I went to work). My husband gave her dinner, bath then put her to bed around 6.45 and she slept through as normal until 6.30 despite not having her final feed. I was assuming she'd wake at some point in the night for a feed! We have two months until she starts nursery full time so I was planning on dropping a feed or two in that time. Everything I have read on the subject seems to always say drop the bedtime feed last but given our recent success we were thinking of dropping the bedtime feed first. Was just wondering if that sounds sensible or not. My HV seems to just want to each lyrical about my beautiful breastfeeding journey so I find it difficult to get practical advice about dropping feeds! Thanks.

My DD self weaned & chose to drop each feed as suited her.
When we were down to 2 feeds a day - first thing & bed time she dropped the bedtime one next.
I was surprised too. Thought that would be the last to stop. She dropped the morning one only a month or so later.

Thanks - good to hear someone else's baby hasn't read the books that say bedtime feed is the last to go!
