feeding times in lead up to bedtime for 15wk old, what worked for you?

I'm a bit all over the place in the lead up to bedtime, erratic nap times means feeds are affected. Trying to find some regularity for my 15wk old, any suggestions of what worked for you? Need a pool of knowledge! Please? This is a food AND sleep thing really, I suppose.

My ds never had a good nap schedule and didn't sleep much during the day. I bf on demand day & night & let him nap when & where he needed - buggy, car, crib or on me. He still had a regular bedtime though - around 6 -7. We did the usual bath, quiet time, soothing music, hug & bf and put him to bed. He'd (& still does, at 12 months) wake up at 10-ish, 2-ish then 4 and be ready to get up at 6. It all fell into a routine eventually. 15 wks is still very young - it will get better, I'm sure!
