Taking herbal sleeping tablets when breastfeedng

I'm taking a 20 hour flight next Monday, just me and DS (yes, I'm mad) and was wondering if its ok to take those herbal sleeping tablets? Obviously Nytol is out of the question but I was thinking about the tablets with Valerian etc. I tend to be a slightly anxious flyer (especially if there's turbulence) and in the past I've taken those tablets and though I've not necessarily slept every time they have definitely helped me to keep calm.

I wouldn't if I were flying alone with my DC. Breastfeeding or not breastfeeding. It's not advisable to be "out of it" even slightly on a flight. What if he were ill or there were an emergency? You need to have your wits about you.
