Silly breast feeding question

Can I use a sauna & steam room if I'm bf? TIA

I have! I can't think of any reason why not as long as you keep hydrated etc but maybe someone more knowledgeable will be along soon!

It's safe, but I did find I got a bit, um, leaky in a hot bath so would just be aware of that possibility!

Thanks ladies, just wanted to be sure. Ooh yeah sometimes I leak In the bath!
