Hi,
I very new to this so sorry I don't really know all the lingo etc...
My Baby boy is 14 weeks old and Has had Colic and reflux since birth...He is on C&G Infasoy formula,Gaviscon and Infacol..He's been on this combination for about 6 weeks now..
Recently he has started being really fidgety with his feeds, he turns his head and pushes the bottle away from him so he barely has 2oz per feed (he's meant to have between 6-7oz) Its a constant battle to get his feed down him..He is teething as well now but this behaviour started before teething symptoms appeared.
I tried him on a couple of feeds yesterday with C&G first milk to test if his colic was gone and he drank both feeds full 7oz with no fussing at all but he now has the runs..!! He is now back on the infasoy till WE established if the colic would return, It doesn't appear to have but he did scream all night..we think it was his teething that caused this but worried it could be his colic again..
Anyone got any advice?
Anyone else had problems getting little one to drink their feed?

You've posted in Style and Beauty! Try one of the other sections.

Try posting in breast and bottle feeding, you 'll get lots of Reyes there...

It sounds like your DS has an allergy to cows milk proteins. Soy formula isn't recommended for lots of reason.

You can post in allergies on the health boards too...lots of knowledgable people there Smile

It sounds like the colic and reflux isn't resolved. You can see your GP and get medication - it will probably only get worse. It's because the feeding is causing him pain.
