Discoloured Baby bottles from food in dishwasher - how to get it off?

My MIL placed my baby Avent bottles in the dishwasher with some tomato soup mugs and a pan. All (new!) bottles came out orange! Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

You could try soaking it in milton. I seem to remember that working. I had the dissolving tablets.
