Does this sound like mastitis?

Or am I just knackered & needing an early night? Feeling generally not great today, worse this eve but nothing specific. Shivers & cold but maybe I just need to put the heating on!
Both breasts feeling generally a bit tender all over one slightly worse.
No lumps/hot areas.
DS is nearly 13 wks ebf.

Could be start of mastitis or a blocked duct.

Get in a hot shower and rake your boob with a comb. Sounds bizarre but works.

Get LO to feed feed feed from that boob and try and express any left in the boob

Sounds like it might be. Get plenty of rest (hard with a 13week old, I know!) and go to the Docs if you don't see an improvement. I second the hot shower, comb and massage suggestion and have another piece of bizarre advice - hold a nappy under the hot tap and press it to the sore boob as a kind of hot compress!

Thanks. A red line/scratch on the more sore boob. Could genuinely be a scratch from me prodding around to see if /where it hurts!
No changes in feeding really he just feeds loads in the day & usually once at nt but been like that for about 5 wks.
