J will be 6 weeks on Saturday. I an breastfeeding with nipple shields & pumping.
Always had quite large breasts & they are ridiculously huge now, like footballs.
Will they stay like this while im breastfeeding or will they settle down around the 12 week mark once supply established?

Think everyone is different. They will settle down once supply is established. I always fed on demand whenever my babies wanted a feed.
Everytime is different though with my dd4 I always had to wear breast pads right up till about 2 months after I finished feeding her!!! But with my last dd who is my fifth child I only used breast pads for a few months and I'm still feeding her now at 17 months old.
They will settle though with your baby.

They should start to settle soon but everyone is different. I've always needed pads even when they're not at their fullest, I get that tingle and there's no stopping them flowing!
Once your supply is established they should stop over supplying
