Extended feeders - weaning

Ds2 is finally dropping his last feeds - down to one every other day or so. He's three and I'm very ready to give up feeding at last. (We only meant to feed for a few months at most!!!)

I've always been prone to mastitis when he changes his feed patterns, and now I am suffering. It's Ok on the days he doesn't feed, but when he has even a small comfort feed I'm aching for hours . . . Any extended feeders out there with advice

Cabbage leavesinthe bra are beautifully cooling and do reduce inflammation.

I had this problem in the early months. My sister told me to massage my breasts in the shower under the warm/hot water and this really helped. If you like you can get her DH/P to help!
