Feeding with a cold. Any tips?

My 13 week old has a really bad cold. She is struggling to breast feed. She is a bad sleeper already and this isn't helping. I've been picking the snot out very carefully with a cotton bud (lovely) which helps briefly but not a lot. She is also snoring loudly so i'm not sleeping. Any tips to help would be gratefully received. Thanks!

Saline spray squirted up her nose before a feed?
Not sure from what age you can use karvol /baby olbas oil.

Run the shower with the bathroom door closed so it gets steamy. Then take DD into the bathroom where the steam should help unblock her snotty nose. I used to put a couple of drops of Olbas oil into a sink of hot water at the same time so that it mixed into the steam. You could then either feed her in the bathroom or retreat back to bed. Used to do this a few times a day when DS had his first cold at the same age.

Yes, saline spray works well. You can also flick a few drops of water up their nose (according to my GP), but that seemed a bit mean to me so we bought a spray.
