Ok ive been using this since ds was 5 months, maybe earlier, ive been buying it from the chemist (motilium) but they made it prescription only about a week ago and since not being able to use it my boobs have clearly given up.im sad because i wanted to carry on til 2, ds doesnt seem fussed though he goes to the boob as part of his night routine but leaves after about five seconds not a care theres nowt there and goes to the stairs for bed.

Ive tried the dr months ago for a prescription but they refused because i wasnt using it for what its designed for and because 'its not recommened for ppl who are breast feeding' which nothing is because its not been tested because of ethics.

I dont know why ive started the thread, maybe because im angry my choice to bf has been taken away, u dont know. Any other ladies out there who take/took it?

the official information on this

in this case it's not to do with testing or lack of it. it is because this medicine is actually harmful to some people and should therefore be used with caution.

Sorry - am confused. Were you using this for a dc who has reflux, or for some other reason?
