Antihistamines while EBF?

Can anyone tell me what they've taken that is compatible with breastfeeding, please? My dr has said the only ones she can prescribe will make me drowsy. As my DD still wakes 3-4 times a night I really don't need to be any more sleepy than I am already! I know GPs tend to be very cautious and not always fully informed though... Any advice please?

Here's a link (hopefully) to the NHS advice on this subject. I used to be given one with first child that made me very drowsy. With second I've been using one of the they mention on this link. How old is your baby? If you think the info on the link is ok, you can always just buy them in chemist/supermarket.

loratidine and cetirizine are non-drowsy and can be taken while pregnant and while breastfeeding. You can buy them in supermarkets and chemists
