Gentle ways to reduce number of BFs at night?

Is there such a thing as a gentle approach to night weaning my 12 month old or simply not? She gets up between 3 or 4 times a night and I automatically feed her and put her down again in her cot and she settles off again. I am exhausted though, plus it means she's not eating enough solids in the day so we're got ourselves into this vicious circle, Help please!!!!

Just doing this now. Feed my LO before bed, then not again before 4 am (this is getting closer to 5.30 now). Used to co sleep. My husband now settles baby at night. Gets easier every night- been about 2 weeks now.

LO used ti suckle all night, not eat any solids. Huuuuge improvements with his eating and sleeping.

No way I could have done this without my Husband being so hands on, putting him to bed, comforting him through the night.

LO is 10 months.

I'm on my phone (bfing DS to sleep) so hard to add links but two gentle solutions I've considered are Dr Jay Gordon and Sarah Ockwell-Smith's gentle night weaning methods. A quick Google should yield proper info.
Good luck! I keep chickening out, saying "let's wait another few weeks..."
