I have been on 3 antibiotics following the birth of DD2 2 weeks ago. She has a white tongue and spotty bottom. Thrush? I will make a GP appt tomorrow. Any advice?

Anyone know how I sterilise the cloth nappies?

Should I be concerned about DD1 as they share cloth wipes?

We ended up OOHs last night as DD2 was screaming on the breast and refusing to feed. GP prescribed Nystatin for DD2. Do I need to take something too?

Yes you need treatment to. Check out the breast feeding network thrush guide.

Do not share wipes nappies etc between them thrush is not killed in the washing machine. Sunlight or grapefruit seed extract can get rid of it. I would consider using disposables till the thrush is clear to avoid everyone getting it and reinfections.
