expressing for 4 week old = how much?

I'm currently expressing, if I express one side first thing (ie before her first morning feed) I can usually get 3 - 4oz, although this morning I only got 1 ( ) I can then get sometimes another 3 - 4oz during the course of the day, but not always.

Dh is dragging me out at the end of october, I don't want to go, but I've told him we'll go out this once and then not for a while again (it's an overnight-type thing, which I feel is too much with dd so small. )

DD will be just over 2 months old. We'll be leaving 6pmish, and hopefully getting back lunchtime the next day. How much ebm should I leave with MIL? We give dd a bottle of ebm at night, she'll take anything from 3 - 6oz! So not that helpful really.

My ds is 6 weeks old and I give him two bottles of expressed milk.He weighs 10 lb and takes 5-5.5 ounces per feed. The NHS book I have says babies under 3 months require on average about 4.5 ounces and over 3 months need 5-7 oz.My HV says babies need 2.5-3 oz per pound of body weight per day.
Hope this is helpful.

Lunavix, I don't reckon my boobs would take an overnighter yet and DD2 is 6 months!! My advice would be to leave as much EBM as poss in the freezer with your MIL as then you can use up any leftovers later. Also take your pump and either throw your milk away or take a cool bag and store it. You can hot wash your pump in between expressing at the hotel etc and take Milton if you are worried.
Have a fun night but bet you'll miss that little tyke!
