This is dc3, I EBF first two for a year each.
Dc3 is 4 days old. Nipples were fine until a couple days ago when my left nipple got a red rough spot. Mw came and I showed her and she basically told me I was doing it all wrong, made me change my position to one I hated and scolded me for still doing it wrong. I just wanted to kick her out in the end. 
Didn't mention to mw yesterday due to that experience.
I'm using the cradle hold because it's comfortable. Left side no problem, right side is so painful when he first latches then eases a lot but doesn't go away. I've tried googling images of how to latch in a cradle hold but coming up empty handed. I had a book which of course I can't find now. Please help.
