How much should he take at each feed

My DS is 11 weeks old and has been bottlefed since the 2nd week.
How much should he take per feed? he weighs 14lbs but will only take 3 ozs at most feeds with the occasional 5oz he feeds roughly every 2 hours.
Even when he has his first feed after sleeping for at least 7 hours I struggle to get him to take more than 3oz.
I have put him on sma white to see if that helps and have put him on stage 3 teats incase he is getting fed up of sucking for too long but nothing seems to help!
It is a real struggle to get what they recommend as "enough" into him each day and it worries me.
He is a happy and content baby so should I just go with the flow or is there something I can do to increase his feeding?
Thanks
