psoriasis on nipples

hello, 5 months into breastfeeding and I have developed psoriasis around my nipples. Anyone got any ideas on how to treat it? Am reluctant to use my usual psoriasis cream on it as I don't want baby to be ingesting it. He's a frequent feeder so wiping it on and off would be a lot of hassle and probably exacerbate the problem. Any other ideas gratefully received! Thanks.

Could you not use lansinoh to keep the area hydrated? Otherwise aqueous cream maybe?

Hi there this link may be helpful What Can I Put on Sore Nipples? All manner of treatments are discussed in the Marsha Walker article but scroll down to the bottom for a section specifically about psoriasis on a breastfeeding mother's nipple.
