Still do a dream feed?

4 month old DS has just woken and fed. Normally he goes 1900 (bottle) 2300 (dream feed bottle) 0200 ish boob, 0500ish boob. My question is do I still get DP to dream feed at 2300? Just after thoughts

We did a dream feed until at least 6 months with both DDs maybe 7 months. I think we waited until they were well into being weaned then just reduced the feed. It was always one feed where they had a big drink 7oz or so. So reduced it a few oz every few nights.

Would you stick to the dream feed even if DD had woken a few hours earlier and fed? Or skip it that night?

Prob a growth spurt, I'd do the dream feed and hope to get longer than 2am

Usually we had to wake them but a few times they would wake up at 9 or something (we dream fed around 10.30), and we would obviously feed them and then skip the dream feed and wait for them to wake for next one, which was probably around the same time or 30 mins earlier.
