Do these factors negatively affect breastfeeding...?

Attempting some v unscientific research here but curious to know whether others have had any / all of the following AND particular difficulties with / failure to (exclusively) breastfeed for at least 6 months:

A) IVF / ICSI to conceive

B) polycystic ovaries / PCOS

C) prolonged labour

D) significant postpartum haemorrhage

E) a history of fertility problems, (regardless of diagnosis and eventual mode of conception)

Please state which of the above and how long, if at all, you managed to (exclusively) breastfeed for.

Anecdotal evidence gathered from speaking to BF counsellors about my own BF experience found opinion divided. Some existing research links each of the above individually to BFing difficulties but I can't find anything on more than two or more of these factors combined.

I'm sure this is an area ripe for proper research but I'm not an academic so just being nosy for now. Thanks!

It took me 17 years to conceive DD. I was determined to BF her and even when I struggled I didn't want to give up. I admit it was hard, but when we cracked it I found it far easier than faffing around with mixing feeds, sterilising bottles etc.

I had c (assuming a three day labour counts as long). Had initial problems due to dd's jaundice and both of us being a bit knackered, so started out giving formula top ups, but dropped these after a week then ebf for six months and bf for 16 months.

C & d (transfusion required) here. Hard to establish (first 2 days) but bf for 18 months.

All of them. Had problems conceiving, ended up with IVF. Pregnancy was fine- no complications at all. Labour was long and ended in EMCS and I lost a lot of blood. I also have PCOS.

I have been breastfeeding my DD for 10 months with only the occasional bottle of formula when I've been away for a few hours. I fully expected problems and feel extremely lucky that we didn't have too many apart from plugged duct and latch issues at the beginning.
