How much expressed milk for 12week old?

DH is taking me out for a posh lunch for our anniversary next week, his parents will be staying with us at the time, so are going to look after DS (3yrs) and 12week old DD. DD is breastfed and never had a bottle, but I am going to leave a bottle of expressed milk ready in case she needs a feed while we're out. What I'm not sure about is how much to put in the bottle. I have expressed a couple of times and got about 4oz each time, this was early in the morning with very full breasts (just did one breast as that is what she usually has). It doesn't look like much though, so will it be enough? There will be more in the freezer in case they need it though.

Sorry, that was a bit abrupt!

But that website is much more informative than I could ever be Smile

And Happy Anniversary!

Just my experience, but freeze in small amounts.
You can add up lots of little ones, but I used to despair on the rare occasion I used up a big stash and DS didn't drink it!

I exclusively expressed and was always told to not give more than 4oz as it's not like formula. By 12 weeks my LO was on 4oz expressed bottles. Kellymom is a great website for more advice.
