Breastfeeding & getting tattooed

Is it safe to get tattooed if you are breastfeeding? Obviously not literally whilst getting it done, but can you breastfeed after the same day/week/month?

The only risk is the risk of infection, which should be minimal if you got to a reputable tattoo shop and have good aftercare.
