When to ditch the bottles

Just that really... My ds is 13 months and has a 7oz bottle on waking in the morning and one before bed. He has 3 meals a day and a couple of snacks and ears well for the most part. At what age should I stop giving him bottles of milk? He def looks for the one first thing in the morning as is very hungry on waking. The one before bed is more of a comfort thing I think. I've tried giving him milk in the same cup he uses to drink water from but he isn't keen on this at all! Thanks Smile

Bottles need ditching at 12 months tbh. The sucking can affect speach development.

Can you replace the morning one with a nice filling breakfast and a beaker with milk in too for him to sip?
