I've got mastitis for the third time since 14 week old dd was born. However this time has been much worse than the last and I still feel very poorly 48hrs after symptoms first started. I've got antibiotics so hopefully they'll kick in soon, though my temperature just won't come down.
Anyway, is there anything I can do to help prevent this again? It's been right left right boob, so it's not just one side. I never had it with ds, and both were tongue tied and snipped. The lump isn't going away yet this time and I've been feeding on it a lot.
