Breastfeeding a baby with reflux. Again!

DS1 had awful silent reflux, which he outgrew at a year. I nursed him until he self-weaned at 20 months. Nursing for the most part was not fun, but I persevered.

DS2 is about to turn six months. He has been a "happy spitter" since a few weeks, but for the last month has become increasingly more unsettled, non-napping, makes refluxy noises, spits 30-40 times a day, only gained six ounces the last six weeks, so yesterday our paed prescribed Prevacid. I already don't eat gluten (I'm coeliac) and don't eat dairy owing to my lactose intolerance.

What else can I do? I am starting solids next week, but am terrified about the difficulties we may face, and don't know whether to keep on going with bf or switch to something like Neocate.
