DS has been on nursing strike for 4 days now. (Still feeding a lot during the night though). I have another thread on this.
He is 3mo and have always had over supply/fast letdown, so I have been quite convinced that nursing strike was down to that. But a friend suggested to me that over the last few days my supply may have dipped to almost nothing during the day and this won't be helping?
Is there any way of knowing? I don't usually express so don't know what is a good amount. I just pumped 3 oz (1.5 per side) over a 20min period of pumping. Doesn't seem a lot but it is evening.
Don't want to go down the road of pumping during te day if I really do have oversupply!
