8 week old seems to be feeding constantly?

Just that really, Ds2 seems quite content/happy but just always hungry! I don't have any worries about my milk supply as he's been gaining plenty of weight, lots of wet and dirty nappies etc. Is this normal? I only managed to breastfeed Ds1 for 4 weeks but he was a dream baby, sleeping through from very early etc.

I'm not worried as such just wondering if others are experiencing/have experienced this? Does is calm down eventually?

My 15 week old still can't go longer than 2 hours and mostly feeds every hour in the day. He's tracking his percentile line so I guess that's just what he needs to do. It's exhausting though and very restrictive for me as I can't ever leave him (he's a bottle refuser).

That's exactly what it's like! Ds will sometimes take a bottle but only a MAM. I tried him with others but he didn't like the teat. The last week or two though he's started refusing the bottle as well. Sometimes he'll take it, sometimes he won't.

It's not forever though is it?

Very normal, massive growth spurt at8 wks. He will also be doing it as he'll be thirsty with the heat.

I don't think it's forever! At least I hope not? Can't imagine him hanging off of me at at 18 years old Grin

Thanks bumpie that makes sense Smile
