Could my supply be low?

DD has always been a poor sleeper but for the past 2 months, is up every two hours at night, which has been a success.

Since the past week though she's been up every 45 min after 12 and feels like almost constantly wants to be on the breast. Could it be that my supply is getting low? I only feed from one breast. Should I try and increase my milk supply (by drinking nursing tea etc) or could it not be that?

Sorry forgot to say DD is 12 months and we can't increase day time feeds as then she won't eat solids. We offer her alot of solids (just before bed time too) but she's not a great eater.
