Help- hand express or not!

I'm out all day and DS (almost 11 months) missed a feed last night as I was out.

DS usually feeds at six But I'm not due home till 8.

I feel painfully engorged already (left over from last nights missed feed and work today).

Do I grin and bear it or try and hand express in a toilet somewhere!? I'm out on the road.

I'd try hand expressing a bit for comfort if I were you.

I tried and couldn't. Was in the middle of nowhere and couldn't find a shop that sold a breat pump! I've only just got home and I'm both stinging and throbbing with pain!!!
