I got my period back when DS1 was 8 months old and they were pretty much regular from the off. Since DS2 has been a whole different kettle of fish - came back at 5 months with a very short, random cycle. He's 18 months now and I think I've only had one cycle that's been more than 28 days, the rest have mostly ranged from 21 to 26. In the last few weeks he's been going through a weird phase of upping his daytime feeding (and learning about a million more words), and possibly related, my last two cycles were TWO WEEKS LONG. I HAVE HAD MY PERIOD TWICE IN THE LAST MONTH. Fucksake, uterus.
Anyone else BF and having crazy periods? I'm presuming it's BF related, as the alternative is I'm perimenopausal, which would be annoying (I'm 41! Too young for cronehood!), or something like fibroids.
