Feeling run down and "Drained" - any suggestions?

I am bfing DC3 who is 10 weeks. After an interesting start with TT and jaundice things are going well - he's piling on the weight and is generally alert. He even sleeps quite a bit at night - feeds mostly at midnight, 3 am and 6am. So that's all great - but I feel rubbish. Tired, but also dizzy, headachy, spaced out. Perhaps it comes with the territory, but if anyone has any ideas that might help me feel a bit more human I'd love to hear them. I'm taking bf vitamins. I'd love to start exercising again but really don't feel up to it at all.
Oops - I hear crying - will be back later!

Have you looked at the symptoms of pernicious anaemia? I also had a really sore tongue.

Are you drinking enough? I've had headaches and dizziness and the HV suggested it may be dehydration. DS2 is a heavy feeder and so is taking a lot of fluid out of my body, it makes sense that I will not feel well if I don't put it back. She suggested filling a big bottle of water and keeping it by my side so I don't have to think to go and get a drink if DS is having a clingy day. I have felt much better since I started doing this.

Also make sure you are eating properly. Breast feeding uses a lot of calories so you will need to replenish them to keep your energy levels up.
