Moving to bottles from breast

Hello
Am ebf but want to swap at 6 months. Whats the best way to go about this? All I know is to drop a feed a week. Whats the best one to start with? My LO is so so with bottles at the mo. he'll take one in day but has to be hungry. He refuses at night.
I'm currently feeding roughly every 3 hours and at night he feeds 7-10-3-7. Should I stick to same with bottles?
He's 4.5 months now.
Also any advice on doing it all with weaning going on as well?
All seems a bit confusing. Happy to start at 7 months. I just want to come off boob as I'd like a bit of freedom back and I want to make sure he's independent of me before I go back to work ( not till he's 1 but still!)
I've struggled with bf but now it's fine so another reason was the stress and responsibility of bf but now I feel less worried so could carry on for a bit.
Anyway bit waffly but be grateful for experiences and advice, particularly on night feeds with bottle.

Sounds like you just want a break so could maybe mix feed til closer to when you are back at work? Personally i cant imagine the faff of getting bottles ready in the night after getting used to the convenience of bf
