Weird red patch on my boob

I've just noticed a weird red patch. The outline is red but the middle is skin coloured. It's not itchy or sore. Any guesses as to what it could be? Worried it could affect bf and my lo.

Also it's in the crease where boob 'flops'

It's not on my nipple and it's not itchy ?

Dermatitis or a sweat rash (could be thrush, I agree).
